Iolani Palace partners with Hear Hawaii for its monthly workshop on Saturday, December 10, from 12 – 1 p.m. and 2 – 3 p.m. in Iolani Palace’s Hale Koa (Barracks) Video Theatre. The workshop is free and open to the public.

For the final Hear Hawaii workshop of 2022, attendees will learn about the Hawaiian new year, Lonoikamakahiki. Participants will get to experience a few of the cultural traditions associated with this annual celebration, including special games, crafts, and songs.

Spaces are limited to 20 people per group, and interested individuals are encouraged to register early.
