People across the world will celebrate Tartan Day on April 6th. This year marks the 400th year of the signing of the Declaration of Arborath, a document created by Scottish nobles that influenced the writings of the Hawaiian Kingdom’s first constitution. This talk will focus on the many contributions Scots made to the islands and the Hawaiian Kingdom.
