ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEMBERS
Ornament orders may be placed online through your member account, in-store at the Palace Shop, or by phone. If you prefer in-store pick-up, please contact the Palace Shop at 808-532-1050 or Membership at 808-522-0827 for assistance in placing your order.
Online orders will be shipped directly to you by following these important steps:

Access your account with The Friends of ʻIolani Palace online at https://iolanipalace.app.neoncrm.com/login
Step 2
If you don’t have a password, click Having trouble logging in?. Please provide your email address and you will receive an email with instructions.
Step 3
Check your email (especially your junk/spam folder) and click on the link provided to create/reset your password.
Step 4
After logging in, you will be directed to your Member/Donor dashboard.
Step 5
On the left-hand side of the dashboard, click on Members-Only Store Access.
Step 6
You are now ready to order! Add the quantity of ornaments you would like to purchase for yourself, ʻohana, and friends.
Your 20% off member discount is automatically applied when added to the cart.
Step 7
Proceed to check out and complete your payment information.
(Hint: shipping cost covers a medium flat rate shipping box which holds up to 4 ornaments and then increases slightly for larger quantity orders)
