Join us on June 2, as we celebrate Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee to commemorate her 70th year on the throne.

In Hawaii, a celebration will be held on the front steps of Iolani Palace from 10:00-11:30 a.m. to remember the close relationships that were formed in the 19th century between the Hawaiian monarchs and British royals. The event is free and open to the public.

The program will feature musical performances, the lighting of two beacons to commemorate the occasion, congratulatory remarks, and more. During the celebration, visitors are invited to view reproductions of the Royal Standards and King Kalakaua’s naval flag. Participants and attendees are welcome to send their best wishes and aloha to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth by signing guest books at the event.
